Dragon Ball Z Kai : The Final Installment Blue-Ray

Many of us Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z fans have already forgotten about this thing that entered our live years back as an attempt to resell Dragon Ball Z, but by changing voice actors and actresses, filtering dialogue and language, and cutting scenes that were in episodes but too much for the next generation to handle. What I juts described to you all is Dragon Ball Z Kai. Originally streaming on Toonami at first, was an attempt for Dragon Ball Fans to rewatch Dragon Ball Z in HD 720p and for 1080p (because Dragon Ball Z was originally not animated in HD back then by Toei Animation Studios). Dragon Ball Z Kai has set the path for fans to get a chance and pick up their favorite series (if it is your favorite) and add it to your collection in HD. In the past, the company has distributed and sold Dragon Ball Z Kai in two installments already on Blue-Ray. Covering the Saiyan Saga all the way towards the Main But Saga. However the Blue-Ray set is still incomplete as it did not cover the entirety of the series. So today we are going to be discussing the final installment to the Dragon Ball Z Kai Blue-Ray series.

Leaving off from the second installment, the third and final installment will progress from where Evil Majin But has developed into Super Buu. And of course if you know your Dragon Ball Z history, Gotenks will get his chance to try and defeat the threat of Super Buu, then Ultimate/Mystic Gohan, and then finally Goku and Vegeta. The hypnosis for the game is as follows:

“With Majin Buu’s latent evil now in full control, turning him into a “Super” Buu, humanity’s population has dwindled to a select few. It’s up to Gotenks and Piccolo to fight him off from within the Hyperbolic Time Chamber just long enough for Gohan, Goku, and others to return to the world of the living and offer their support. But even in the best case scenario, their enemy continues to grow stronger. The Final Chapters rage on toward the conclusion of the epic Buu saga.”

This last and final blue-ray set to the collection will then conclude Akira Toriyama’s beautiful past work remastered by the talented animators at Toei animation Studios. Reliving the ending of the Majin But saga and concluding years of foundation work that was laid for the beginning of Akira’s new work/series, Dragon Ball Super. It is unlikely Dragon Ball Super will get its own version of “Kai,” seeing as how Dragon Ball Super is already animated in HD from the start.

Fans can pick up the final Installment to the series and if you do let us know what you thought of the re-edit and touch up of the last Saga of Dragon Ball Z. Thanks for reading and we will see you all in another Dragon Ball article shortly!
